Two teenage boys, Javier and Diego, are inspired by the experimental rock band I Set My Friends on Fire to start their own band. They call themselves The Burning Bridges, and they start writing their own songs. They practise in Javier's bedroom every day, and they're starting to get pretty good. They enter a local battle of the bands, and they don't win, but they do get a lot of positive feedback. They keep practising and playing shows, and they start to build up a following. They eventually get signed to a small record label, and they release their debut album. The album is a success, and The Burning Bridges start to tour all over the country.
